Voicemail
You may leave a confidential voice mail message at anytime. Please remember to leave your phone number. Calls are returned as soon as possible, usually within 72 hours if left Monday through Thursday. Calls left Friday through Sunday may not be returned until Tuesday or Wednesday. Most return calls are after 5:00 PM or sometimes weekends. If your needs are URGENT or life threatening, please call 911 or contact your local crisis line, 24-hour emergency service, or go to a hospital emergency room.
Because of the way the Internet works and how emails are transmitted, please be advised that any emails to, or from, me, should not be considered completely confidential. Email also is not a guaranteed method of delivery due to access. Psychotherapy questions and personal or confidential information is best handled during a telephone call or scheduled session.
Text Messaging
Please be advised that any text message to me, or from me, should NOT be considered confidential. Also, I do not have my phone with me at all times, as it is turned off during non-work hours. Of course you may text message for scheduling, changing or cancelling appointments.
