Voicemail

You may leave voice mail messages at anytime. Calls are returned as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours if left Monday through Thursday. Calls left Friday through Sunday may not be returned until the following Tuesday or Wednesday.  Please leave a phone number and time that is too late to receive a call, and if you will accept calls in the evening or weekends. If your needs are URGENT or life threatening, please contact your local crisis line, 24-hour emergency service, dial 911, or go to a hospital emergency room.

Because of the way the Internet works and how messages are transmitted, please know that any message to me, or from me, should NOT be considered confidential. Also please be advised that email is not a timely way of contacting me and is not a guaranteed method of delivery. Sometimes I am away from email access, and I may not check my email on a dialy basis.

Text Messaging

Please be advised that any text message to me, or from me, should NOT be considered confidential. I also do not have my phone with me at all times, sometimes it's turned off, and I may not check my text messages on a daily basis.
